Click + Add New to open the creation dialog, or Edit on an existing row to modify a record.

Field Required Description Example Why this data is needed
Username Yes Unique login name for the WAF admin panel. waf_admin Required to authenticate this administrator when signing in.
Full Name Yes Display name shown in audit logs and user lists. WAF Administrator Helps identify who made configuration changes in logs.
Email Yes Contact email for alerts and account recovery. admin@example.com Required for notifications and password recovery workflows.
Password Yes Strong password for admin authentication. DemoPass123! Must be set on create — the account cannot log in without a password.
Confirm Password Yes Must exactly match the Password field. DemoPass123! Prevents typos that would lock the administrator out.
Status Yes Active accounts can log in; Inactive accounts are blocked. Active Set to Active so the administrator can access the panel after creation.
Profile No Access profile (RBAC). Leave empty for full Super Admin access. Security_Only Restricts which sidebar sections this admin may view and edit.
